Parent Advisory Council (PAC)

Parents, we encourage you to become active members of our learning community. We have several upcoming meetings planned to engage our parents and learn from you. You are invited to all of the following meetings and events:

  • Aug. 18 - PTO Meeting, 5:30 pm, Cafeteria
  • Aug. 21 - PAC Meeting, 3:10 pm, Rm. 111
  • Aug. 26 - ACIP Planning Meeting/Fall Data Review, 3:10 pm, Rm. 111
  • Sep. 9 - Parent-Teacher Meeting Night, 5:30-6:30 pm, Students' Classrooms
  • Sep. 16 - Title I School Parent Meeting, 4:30-5:30 pm, Library

 

During our Parent Advisory Council (PAC) Meeting, we will discuss our school-home partnership and parental engagement plans. During our Alabama Continuous Improvement Planning (ACIP) Meeting, we will review school-wide data and our plans to positively impact school achievement and culture over the course of this school year. As we move into September, we will have our annual Delta Parent-Teacher Meeting Night to help you learn more about classroom expectations and what students are learning each quarter throughout the school year. Mid-September, we will have our Annual Title I School Parent Meeting to share what it means to be a Title I School and how we will work together to provide supplemental learning support for our learning community through provisions provided by the Federal Title I Program. We hope you can make it to as many of these meetings and events as possible.
